Hi there! I’m Maria, mom of three and a certified sleep consultant with a doctorate in physical therapy. I know firsthand how sleep (or the lack of it) can shape your parenting experience. Each of my kids had their own unique sleep journey: one needed structured sleep training, another seemed to figure it out with the right foundation, and my third reminded me that even with all the experience in the world, some babies throw curveballs! These experiences, paired with over three years of working as a sleep consultant, have taught me that every family—and every child—needs a personalized approach.
